“Don’t Wait Till It’s Too Late” is a PSA for the Ancient Forest Alliance. These posters depict three types of old growth coniferous trees that populate actual parks you can visit in BC. The trees are framed with various plants that are local to BC and feature a fact about old growth on the right. This project aims to bring attention to the current destruction of old growth forests. It is serious, but hopeful in what can be achieved if the message is listened to and processed. Trees bring an irreplaceable balance to their ecosystems and are greatly taken advantage of. My hope is that the people of BC go to these parks see the trees with their own eyes, form a connection, and want to protect them. It is our responsibility as humans to protect and conserve.
